Cancel your subscription or delete your account

You can cancel Gangsta AI anytime, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Here's how, depending on where you subscribed.

Cancel a subscription bought on the website

Sign in, open Settings (the gear icon in the sidebar) and choose "Cancel subscription", then confirm. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and Settings shows the exact date access ends. You won't be charged again.

Cancel a subscription bought in the iPhone app

Subscriptions bought through the App Store are billed by Apple, so Apple cancels them. On your iPhone, open the Settings app, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose the subscription and tap Cancel Subscription. Access continues until the end of the period you've paid for.

Delete your account

Sign in, open Settings, scroll to Delete Account at the bottom and confirm. This permanently erases your account, queries and history, and cannot be undone. Deleting the account also cancels a website subscription; an App Store subscription must still be cancelled with Apple as above.
