• Gemini 3.5 Flash-Lite — the budget tier for when you movin' at volume. $0.30 in, $2.50 out per million. That's basement pricing, aimed straight at the AI price war with OpenAI's cheap tiers and the Chinese open models.
• Gemini 3.5 Flash Cyber — now THIS one's different. It's a security-tuned model built to sniff out and patch software vulnerabilities, and Google ain't putting it on the shelf for everybody. It's locked to governments and vetted partners only. No public download. Members-only section.

But where's the flagship, though?

Here's the part that had the timeline talkin'. All three of these are Flash models — the fast, cheap tier. The big dog, Gemini 3.5 Pro, was supposed to land back in June. It's still stuck in limited testing with partners, no public release date, past its own deadline.
